SACES Bylaws, Manuals, and Policies


The SACES Bylaws revisions passed by vote on July 22, 2016 became effective August 1, 2016.

2016 SACES Bylaws Changes: In response to ACES assuming fiduciary responsibility of SACES as of August 1, 2016, the SACES Executive Committee revised the SACES bylaws to reflect changes in our membership processes (Article II), Treasurer responsibilities (Article IV.6), and dues (Article VII). The bylaws have also been revised to accurately reflect the involvement of the SACES President and and President-Elect on the ACES Governing Council (Article IV.2 and 4). Finally, the revision includes changes to how the Executive Committee will communicate bylaws revisions to membership (Article XI) and a Dissolution statement (Article XII). Members voted July 19-22 with 91-94% in favor of approving changes for each article. Please contact the SACES President (president@saces.org) with any questions or concerns.
