Conference Hotel

Reserve your hotel room now for the SACES group rate! Rooms will be available from October 1-12, 2016 at a group rate of $209 (+~15% taxes & fees) per night if reserved before September 13, 2016. This includes complimentary wi-fi access in all hotel guest and meeting rooms.

Earlybird registration ends 7/15/16; a completed registration includes payment.
ALL PRESENTERS must register by this deadline in order to be listed in the conference program.

Onsite registration (can pre-register online after 9/15/16).

Refund Policy

• A full refund less a $10 admin fee will be issued if a cancellation request is received via email by September 27, 2016.
