The SACES 2024 Conference invites sponsorships and exhibitors to promote their business or institution to approximately 1,000 attendees, including counselors, educators, supervisors, and graduate students. With several sessions and breaks scheduled, sponsors and exhibitors have plenty of opportunities to interact with attendees.

Sponsorship Opportunities: SACES is offering a variety of Sponsorships to meet every marketing and promotional budget. The current Sponsorships are still open!

• Reception Sponsor $3,500

• • Your business, association, or institution’s name will be recognized as the sponsor for one of the two receptions open to all attendees. (Welcome Reception on Thursday, Nov 7th, or Presidential on Friday, Nov 8th)

  • Sponsorship Includes One FREE conference registration and a Display sign with the sponsor logo

• Graduate Student Gatherings $2,500

• • Your business, association, or institution’s name will be recognized as the sponsor for the Graduate Student Lounge Thursday, Nov. 7th - Friday, Nov 8th, or the Graduate Student Social held on Thursday, Nov. 8th, and a Display sign with the sponsor logo

• Conference Wi-Fi Sponsor $2,500

• • Your business, association, or institution’s name will be on all informational materials related to the Wi-Fi access. You can choose the Wi-Fi password, including making it your company name.

Sponsorship Opportunities: SACES is offering a variety of Sponsorships to meet every marketing and promotional budget

• Conference Name Tages $2,000

• • Your business, association, or institution's name will be displayed on the conference lanyard, name tag, or in the conference app footer based on your sponsorship level. All conference attendees will receive a name tag, and lanyard

• Break Sponsors $1,000

• • Each day, SACES will provide morning and afternoon breaks for attendees. With this sponsorship, your business, association, or institution will be able to display a poster with your logo and promotional material (if desired)

• Entertainment Sponsor $1,000

• • Your business, association, or institution will be recognized as a sponsor for the entertainment at the Presidential Reception on Friday, Nov 8th. The sponsor must provide signage for this event.

• Wellness Room Sponsor $750

• • Your business, association, or institution will be recognized as a sponsor for the Wellness Room, which will be accessible to all attendees throughout the conference. The sponsor must provide signage for this event.

• Lactation Room Sponsor $750

• • Your business, association or institution will be recognized as a sponsor for the private room provided for lactating attendees. The room will include access to a sink and refrigerator for cleanup and storage.

Exhibitor Package: $800

• Expo Service Information, Installation, & Dismantling 

• • Additional draping, accessories, electricity, telephone, internet connections, audiovisual equipment, and drayage will be arranged through Kori Babel at conference.sponsors@saces.org for additional charges. 

  • Exhibitors can set up on Thursday, Nov 7, at 10 AM - 1 PM. 

  • Dismantling will be on Saturday, Nov 9, from 4 PM - 6 PM.

• Early reservations are recommended since space is limited, and tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
